Welcome to The Forever Media Co (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide photography, videography and post-production services from our studio in Sydney, Australia. Protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in an open and transparent way is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information, and the choices you have. It is drafted to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Access & Correction – You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct inaccuracies.
Opt-Out of Marketing – Click “unsubscribe” in emails or contact us anytime.
Anonymity – You may interact with us anonymously or under a pseudonym where lawful and practicable, but some services may be unavailable.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have rights to erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. Our lawful bases for processing are set out in Section 2.
Our website may contain links or plugins to third-party sites (e.g., Vimeo, Instagram). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing personal information.
